Software for mobile phlebotomy businesses

Run your phlebotomy business from one platform.

Booking, payments, dispatch, patients, staff and business operations — designed around how mobile draw teams actually work, not a generic appointment calendar with the words swapped out.

The daily reality

Six apps, one business, and a phone that will not stop ringing

Most mobile phlebotomy owners are running operations across a calendar app, a payment app, a notes app, a text thread and a spreadsheet. Nothing talks to anything else.

Booking happens by phone tag

Calls come in while you are mid-draw. You call back, they do not answer, and the appointment quietly disappears.

The schedule lives in your head

Buffers, drive time, fasting windows and same-day requests are all worked out manually, every single morning.

Travel fees are guesswork

Somebody books 40 miles out at the in-town price, and the margin on that appointment is gone before you leave the driveway.

Chasing payment after the visit

You have completed the draw and now you are sending payment requests instead of booking the next patient.

Staff coordination by group text

Assignments, addresses and changes get sent by message, and nobody is certain who is covering the afternoon.

No clear picture of the business

You cannot see which services actually make money, who no-shows, or how the month is tracking without rebuilding a spreadsheet.

One platform, three jobs

Everything a mobile draw business runs on, in one place

Phlebotomy Software is organised around the three things that make or break a mobile operation: getting booked, getting there, and getting paid.

How it works

From sign-up to a live booking page

Onboarding walks you through the setup in order, so nothing important is left half-configured.

  1. Create your business account

You register the company, not a personal calendar. That account becomes your own isolated workspace.

  2. Configure your operation

Business hours, service areas, travel rules, services and pricing, cancellation policy, staff and notification preferences.

  3. Share your booking link

You receive a branded booking page to put on your website, Google Business Profile, texts, social posts or a QR code.

  4. Run the day

Bookings arrive, you assign them, staff work from the field view, payments and reminders take care of themselves.

Your booking page

Patients book you, under your name

Every business on the platform gets its own public booking page carrying its own logo, colours, services, prices, hours, service area and policies. Patients never see Phlebotomy Software branding, and they never create an account in your dashboard.

  • Service selection with your durations, prices and preparation instructions
  • Address entry checked against your service area before a time is offered
  • Real availability based on hours, buffers, lead time and staff schedules
  • Intake questions and permitted document upload before the visit
  • Payment at booking where you require it, with your policies acknowledged

Your day, on one board

See the whole schedule and who is covering it

The dispatch board puts unassigned appointments next to each phlebotomist's day. Assign a stop, check zone coverage, and watch statuses move from confirmed to en route to complete without a single text message.

  • Unassigned queue so nothing sits unnoticed until the morning of
  • Assignment by phlebotomist, territory and availability
  • Statuses for requested, confirmed, assigned, en route, arrived, completed, canceled, rescheduled and no-show
  • Workload and mileage visible per person, per day

Why we are building this

Separation by design

Your data belongs to your business alone

Phlebotomy Software is multi-tenant from the ground up. Every company that registers gets its own isolated account, and one tenant cannot reach another tenant's patients, appointments, staff, documents, payments, reports or settings.

  • Tenant isolation applied to every record, not bolted on afterwards
  • Separate roles for owners, coordinators and phlebotomists, with permissions set deliberately
  • Field staff see only the appointments and details they are assigned
  • Dashboards, patient information and administrative areas are excluded from search engine indexing
  • Encrypted connections for the marketing site, booking pages and the application

Please note: descriptions of security and privacy practices on this page are product design intentions, not regulatory certifications. [PLACEHOLDER — client and counsel to confirm exact compliance wording, including any HIPAA-related statements and business associate arrangements, before launch.]

Common questions

Quick answers before you look further

Is Phlebotomy Software a phlebotomy service?

No. We provide software to independent phlebotomy businesses. We do not perform blood draws, employ phlebotomists for patient visits, or provide medical advice. Patients book with the business that operates the booking page, not with us.

Can another company see my patients or appointments?

No. Each business operates in its own isolated tenant account. Access is scoped to your business, and within your business it is scoped further by role.

Do my patients need to create an account?

No. Patients book through your public booking page. They are not given logins to your dashboard.

Who receives the money patients pay?

Your business does. Payments are processed through a payout account connected to your own business, kept separate from the subscription you pay us for the platform.
